BearLeap exists because the same pattern keeps repeating in deep tech and New Space: the technology is genuinely strong, and the market story has not caught up. The four phases — unpack, discover, narrate, lead — are the path out of that gap.
The practice also runs the AI-visibility work itself, through CitedLift, and shares the methodology openly through AI Visibility School. This site is built to its own standard: clean HTML, structured facts, and content engineered to be cited by the AI answer engines buyers now start with.
